this phone is a little over priced but is worth buying it is new enough to have everything the 15 has as far as new features not much of a difference

great phone

The phone is great, love the camera. Only had one major problem. . . they didnt scan thee phone at the warehouse so we couldn't activate the phone! After numerous calls to Straight Talk and Walmart.com it was suggested that we return the phone. When we took it to our local store they were able to do some magic on their end and fix the problem. But this was 3 days later, and such a headache for such a minor mistake at the WAREHOUSE!!!

My phone is stolen

I can't transfer my straight talk service onto this phone because they did not scan it. I don't understand how they can sell a phone for over $600 that I cannot use. This is disappointing. I will be returning it.

Sold phone without activation

I opened my shipping box to find an iPhone 13 box missing the iPhone 13 and SIM card and absolutely no help whatsoever. When I approached Walmart multiple times each time I was accused of stealing my own phone and so I disputed it with affirm who is financing the phone and was told they couldn't help either… so I'm stuck paying $200 down plus $47 a month for a phone I don't have. I would not give a stars but I wouldn't let me proceed without atleast 1.

Extremely upset

Would have been nice if they scanned the phone correctly when purchased as I was not able to activate the phone. Only option I had was to take my old SIM card and use it.

I purchased an IPhone for my son and am unable to activate it. According to Straight Talk the phone wasn't scanned properly at Walmart. After talking with Straight Talk support and two different Walmart support services the only option I have is to return to the store to have the phone scanned properly. Maybe in store pick up was not a good decision.

Terrible!!

The phone I received from Walmart.com was NOT scanned, so I was not able to activate it.  I had to go to a local Walmart, they had to refund my money and thankfully they had another phone there for me to purchase.  The Manager said that this happens ALL the time on Walmart.com.  This certainly is costing Walmart money since now I have returned a brand new phone that was opened and it can now only be re-sold as a used phone for a reduced cost.   I see other reviews where the exact same thing happened.  What a pain for customers! I will never order again.
