It was starting to feel almost like hay. I did the two step system and wow the difference is incredible . super soft , silky hair ! I used my normal shampoo and then used the 2 step hair mask. I used the two steps, which I thought was odd, but wow this does something special!!! First, I have used lots of single conditioning packs, but none of them have ever given me these kinds of results. Second, my hair was so shiny, soft, and smooth. It was seriously as nice as going to a salon. My hair also stayed straight and smooth for 24 hours. My ends looked conditioned and my hair felt and smelled amazing. I would use this again and again! I washed my hair the second day with regular conditioner and I noticed what a difference the mask made. Also my hair is super long, thick, and .down to my lower back and this was plenty of product for me. Great product. Real results!

This is an amazing product to use about every 2 weeks to remove all the icky gunk & residue left in your hair from the daily routine. If you use hair styling products on the daily then this product is amazing to use to bring a healthy vibe to your hair! This product left my hair smelling amazing, smooth & silky, looking vibrant & healthy as well. There's no harsh chemicals at all, there's all natural ingredients, dye free, no parabens, no phthalates, no sulfate, no mineral oil & no gluten. It looks in moisture with its deep conditioning, good for dry, damaged & colored hair. Silky & smooth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the product 5 days ago today, I didnt really see a shine but my hair was definitely softer and it smelled awesome for 2 days. The 3rd day my hair was getting really tangled. ( didnt wash my hair till the 5th day because I wanted to see how the product reacted). And I wish the directions were more specific, like how long do I leave it on before I washed it. There was a 5 min on the front bottom right but it didnt specify what for. But overall my hair was soft for two days and it smelled great!

I have tried a similar product without success, but I think I have discovered the secret of the Coconut Oil 2 Step Hair Mask. First of all, the instructions on the packet are not very clear because it does not say if the product should be applied to clean wet hair or to clean dry hair. I assumed it was to be used after shampooing. Then, I proceeded to do step 1 and 2. The mask has a buttery texture and it smells divine. After finishing the process, I then proceeded to do something I hadn't done before: I blow dried my hair and the results were amazing: shiny, healthy, silky hair! I did the treatment twice and the hair is only getting better. I believe the heat does the trick by sealing the cuticles, but the instructions on the packet do not teach us that. Lesson learned. I am definitely buying this product in the future.

Super soft hair

Best 'over the counter' mask! I've tried several one-shot-mask packets and this is by far the most hydrating and longest lasting. Leaves hair feels smooth and clean and not heavy and oily.

However like every oils, it takes forever to wash off. It was really easy to apply, wasn't that messy. When I applied the oil mask, my scalp started to cool off a bit due to the coconut and felt really nice. What I like to do is massage my scalp and that help relieve all the stress. I would definitely recommend buying the coconut oil mask!

Smooth and Silky Hair

Makes your hair less frizzy and more natural, i do recommend sleeping with this hair mask overnight. When you wake up the next day, your hair will look like you had just came outside from the rain.

I don't know if anybody else noticed but the step-by-step directions are labeled wrong. On the front side it's a step one and two but when you flip the packaging over it's the opposite on both sides. Now I don't know which one comes first.
