LikedMy sister and I wanted a weekend getaway where we could swim and relax. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Swimming during a brief hailstorm was memorable! Our room was huge with plenty of space to relax and a very comfortable bed. Lovely fireplace in the lobby.

DislikedWe thought the lounge would have a different menu from the restaurant. We don’t love a heavy dinner. Ended up going out to dinner both nights (to a pub and for pizza). The lobby coffee service ran out both mornings before we could get coffee.

LikedThe room was large, clean & the bed/lines were so comfy.

DislikedWe went to the spa for a special occasion and had manicures/pedicures and massages. The manicures & pedicures chipped the next day on both our hands and feet. I called the spa on Monday to let them know and they apologized and said they would send us a gift card to use on our next trip. Unfortunately they sent us $20 each for a gift card. The manicures & pedicures are expensive and cost a lot more than $20 each. I spoke to the spa assistant manager and I should have called back and asked for a refund. We could go to our local salon and get better manicures & pedicures for a lot less money. I would return for other services, but skip the manicure/pedicure.
