[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several experiences with OTC hearing aids and not all have been positive. This done not apply to my recent of my Lexie B1 hearing aids. The product has all the features you need to help your hearing in all situations. Fitting them was easy and after downloading their app I am able to get the most out of them. Sound quality is great, they are functional and appear to be well made. I'd definitely buy them again and recommend them to anyone. My experience is you get help with your hearing at a reasonable price.

I was always told that hearing aids wouldn't help because I have tinitus.  Your Lexie B1 has helped me a lot.  The better I hear the more the noise receads into the background.   They are so light that I sometimes forget to take them off until I lay down, then I have to get up again.  I am very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my B1 hearings a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with them.  They are comfortable to wear and clarity is also very good.  Also,  I am pleased the B1 units are smaller than they appear on the web site.

CANNOT GO WRONG

The left hearing aid was defective so the help line told us to call and start a return. We have called twice and they said it would be a 5 minute wait we were on hold for over 2 hours and never talked to anyone. We called twice more and the recording said they would return our call and they never did. If I don't get this call completed I won't get my money back and I can't seem to get anyone to answer or call me back.

Really disappointed

do not purchase from walmart  if you have trouble  out of the hearing aid they will not refund your purchase.  They are to  incompetent  to call the manufacture or another store to verify that the serial number  ends  ae on left and be on right they just say they should be same. so now i am out 800 $ and still can not hear.  good luck
