Works better then I ever thought that it would work.No defections.Solid construction.Also has a solid,trusting electrical mechanism that minimizes worriment of non-functionable failure.Therefore I rate this E-bike 5*'s.

E-Bike(Mountain)

At first I though I had a faulty bike, as I was doing 90% of the work.  It was melting my thighs with the added weight of the battery and motor.  I rode it 40 miles and the battery was still at a full 4 battery bars, so either this thing has incredible range, or somethings up.  Come to find out there's a rectangle shaped sensor near the pedal it uses to detect how fast you're pedaling.  A small wire goes to it.  It was bent out way out of place, most likely during shipping.  Essentially the bike never thought it was moving so the motor never kicked in.  I bent the sensor back close to the magnets, this thing took off!  For 250 watts it is not playing around.

As far as the bike goes, the seat is a little small for me.  Im 5' 10", so was on the tall end for this bike.  The 29" version may have been a better bet.  I do wish there was an extra 7th gear.  Once this thing gets going fast, the 6th gear seems a little under pace, especially for downhills.  Im 180 lbs and the front fork seems to compress too easily.  Will be making small modifications to it over time, glad I went cheap so I can put up the $$$ for the mods.

TLDR: So if you feel like the bike isn't pushing you much, double check that sensor by your feet/pedals is in place.  Very solid ebike for the price, but dont expect highest quality parts.

Small Fix made bike go Zero to Hero

Bike for riding around city is fun. It is not an off-road mountain bike. It's fast and quick. Was packed well. And making rides around town /city fun. It's not a professional off road bike it's to heavy for that. It certainly is a lot of fun for city street riding. I want to upgrade some components can't beat it for $348. It's not like a throttle like a dirt bike but the motor kicks in as you begin to pedal, you can go as fast pedaling or fake pedal. That's the throttle. When you stop pedaling the motor cuts out. You can do 1 rotation “ pedal” in 30 seconds if you don't feel like pedaling and  use it as a throttle. It's fun!  Can't go wrong for $348!!!I bought it on sale!! It says  over 20mph and 25 miles to a charge. I've used it daily and it hasn't gone down lots of fun for cheap money!

Fun fast e bike pedal assist fun fast

hi riders i'm a 67 year old male 5'8" 200 lb. and wanted to start riding  again, I have to say this bike is great. Lets me go all over the place even the bike paths in my town. Bike was not comfy to ride at first because seat was to small and handlebars were to low.  With a couple add ons [see pics ] of seat and bars it is great.  Was very simple to put together and with a little adjustment rides like a normal bike.  Pebble assist didn't work at first but bent the bracket a little [ like i saw in other post ] and wow it takes off fast for and 67 year old to ride. Low is nice still gives you a work out in top gear, 2nd speed very nice but not as good of work out, but 3rd with very little pedal movement in top gear speed goes fast for me. wish it had more gears to get better work out in low and middle speeds. Seems to be a well built bike for the money.  Try to post more after couple months on how good it keeps going. All in all very happy with my first e-bike.

great ride for money fast for a 67 year old

It was great that it was delivered so fast upon getting here minor assembly was required and once putting a good charge to the battery for about 4 hours it rides so great two thumbs up to Walmart for supplying a great Ebike
