I love the brush shape, however the formula is too liquidy, making it too difficult to layer for length. Also I found it difficult to remove, even though I did not select the waterproof formula.

This washable mascara lifts and curls lash by lash to create an oversized lash look. The non waterproof formula should come off easily with soap and water or your regular makeup remover. First off, I was sent the WRONG ITEM. I was sent a black Waterproof mascara instead of a brownish black washable. And normally I love Target for their easy returns/replacement, but for some reason this item was not available to replace/return/refund without going to a physical store (and I live 2 hours from a Target). So, I thought I’d try this mascara and hope for the best. It is terrible for my lashes. Makes them short, clumpy, unattractive. I think the brush style is for short lashes. I prefer Maybelline Lash Sensational or Maybelline Sky High for reference. So if those styles work for you, and you thought this one might be a good pick for volume/length. Don’t get it and regret it like me. I will stick with the others I mentioned for now.

It’s really important to note that this mascara is sold for “large eyes” in non-US markets. It is perfect for people with large eyes and natural or false lashes. The blue mascara is actually waterproof. Not water soluble. It will withstand crying, chlorine, a day at the beach, you name it. If you have huge eyes, the wand will be a DREAM to use. This is truly my favorite mascara ever. Make sure application is last and that you give it a bit to dry. Does it clump? Only if you don’t know how to properly run your brush against the inner lid. Will it bunch lashes together? YES! That’s the whole point of Bambi mascara. To give a dewy eye. Don’t want a dewy eye? Simply choose a different mascara! I have hyper sensitive eyes and skin with over 20 serious allergies. I do not react to this mascara at all. It is difficult to remove. Thank goodness.

Weighs lashes down within seconds of application. Don’t know how the brush combs through lashes. I can see how others had the complaints of smudging.

This mascara is great. The applicator is more sturdy than most, and it had great consistency right from the start. I took a picture at 8:00 a.m. (the one where I’m looking straight ahead) and at 4:00 p.m. and it hadn’t budged or made my lashes fall at all. I love it.

I’ve been buying Bambi eye for a long time. The black colored tube is verrrry different from the regular Bambi eye. I did not notice in the picture it says “extreme eye” or something like that. The brush is a tapered shape so it just globs on giant pieces of mascara - looks terrible!!! It should have its own listing. Stick with the silver tubes.

Whether it's the mascara formula, or more likely the unbelievably worthless brush, this stuff goes on like old paint. The brush is completely inadequate, a synthetic material that's too soft, has no real combing effect, just applies globs. I don't know why manufacturers are switching to these synthetic brushes; they don't do the job. Waste of money!

I accidently grabbed this one instead of the non waterproof version and decided to give it a try. It does look wonderful on but getting it off is a nightmare. Even with high quality make up remover, it doesn't completely come off and I lost some lashes.

Love this mascara! I’ve been looking for something non clumping but similar to better than s3x mascara. This is the best! The wand separated my lashes but gave me a fuller and longer look. Great alternative for a natural look.
