Absolutely love this! It allows me to continue doing strength training even on days when my arthritis has flared up. The type of motion offered by the resistance cords is far more arthritis-friendly than free weights while still providing a good workout.  The build quality is good for the price point. It's not a heavy-duty machine by any means, but the build quality is up to the tasks for which it is designed. I especially like that it was easy to move down into my basement (did it part-by-part) and assembly was quick and simple. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

Great for strength training even with arthritis

I decided on the Fitform because I didn't want the hassle of putting together a whole weight station in my home. This machine seemed easy to assembly and didn't require different accessories.  It was really easy to put together and the assembly video was easy to follow. Using the fitform has been fun and challenging. Pairing it with the app really helps me with target areas and gives me room to challenge myself. I recommend the fitform for people like me who don't need to lift 200lbs. It's very light and easy to move.

Great machine

I use it every morning and evening for about 10 minutes each to strength train.  I feel it tightening my abs and I find I have more energy and strength during the day.  I love how it's right there at homeevery day.  I don't have to go to a gym which saves me lots of time and money.  I also like how I don't  have to worry about lifting weights that take up room and could drop out of my hands if I'm not paying attention.  The cables retract, putting themselves away.  No mess, no fuss.

Easy Way to Strength Train

I had rotator cuff surgery about 10 months ago. After going through rehab, I felt I needed to keep excercising to improve and rebuild my strength. I found the FitForm online and gave it a try. For my situation and age (69) it is perfect for me. My strength is getting much better and I feel great.

The FitForm was very easy for me to set up as it on took 30 minutes to put it together.  Teeter does a great job with the step by step directions.

I have been using the FitForm now for a couple of weeks.  After using resistance bands on my door and now switching to the Fitform, I can get a much more complete body workout.  You can easily switch from using the hand straps to the legs connecting them to the carabiner clip.  I love how the Teeter Move App have videos with instructors or you can  pull up a workout for any body part and follow the instructions.

If you are concerned about how much room it will take up, I find you really don't need a lot of room and you can lay it in the upright position when your done and put it in the corner of the room.

I have lower back issues and now using the FitForm, I no longer need to go to the gym and risk hurting my back with weights.  Thank you Teeter for designing this awesome trainer!

Loving It

I just started using my FitForm a few weeks ago. It was easy to put together and the Move app has been helping me get off to a great start!
After a back injury a few years ago I am cautious about exercising. The Fit Form is a great addition to my workout.

Just started using my FitForm and love it!

I am totally impressed by the engineering and ingenuity poured into the development of the FitForm personal Strength Trainer. This machine is a rare combination of user comfort, safety and versatility--- designed into one unit. But most importantly, I get a genuine workout with less time and effort of weights or bands, that has a low impact on my joints. I impressed by how quickly and easily I can change up my workout by just switching from handles to leg straps and turning the resistance knob. I am confident this machine will help me stay fit well into my golden years---by maintaining strength and stability, so I can stay healthy and active.

The Fitform meets all my strength trading requirements. There are so many various exercises that enables me to get a great workout right at home. It's ok. It's like an upgraded band workout. Other reviews are right. Feels jerky and uneven when using one cable. You need to use both at once to make it feel more smooth. The fabric cable string is very cheap and I wonder how long it'll last for. It's definitely pricey for what this is. But pro is, it takes up very little room.
