Oh Happy Day!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reviewed and researched for over a year for new kitchen appliances. Since I was in no rush I took my time to finally make a decision. I am very happy with my purchase. I really like the black stainless steel look. I agree with other reviews, it’s a hassle having to clean the glass top every time I cook. That’s the only complaint I have. Using a ceramic liquid cleaner and a utility knife razor leaves it shiny and beautiful but you do have to put a lot of elbow grease and effort into it. Even though I hate doing that, I sill love my new range and it looks great in my kitchen!

Display Bad After 2 Years
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just over two years owned. Had a light bar go out within the digital display in September2020...My last range was a 15 year old Builder grade and the digital display lasted that long. I've never really been thrilled with this unit. Convection takes forever to heat up. Have to set the temp +5 because the last 5 degrees takes as long as the rest of the temp to heat up. I know, 5 degrees technically doesn't really matter. But it speaks to quality tech sensors overall . Convection fan is loud. Bottom storage drawer is flimsy and falls off the tracks. Burners are strong! Again, heat up is slow, then BAM its cooking. Contrary to some other reviews the glass top is fine. You just have to clean with the right product (i.e. Weiman Cooktop Cleaner). But it does take some elbow grease. Would I buy it again? I don't think so. I'm perturbed enough to come back two years later and share this.

Very “Regal” appearance in Black Stainless
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This range appears much bolder than it is. It’s beautiful in black stainless. So far, only used the range top which heats fast & quickly adjust to temp changes. I bought this particular model for it’s extra large double burner on left top. I’ve not baked or used the oven as of yet (other than the first cleaning) but, anxious to try some of the presets(Frozen-bake-Pizza/lasagna). Keep warm option. My last Kitchen Aid oven did have convection but, never sounded healthy when I used it, it was 12 yr old technology . I’m going to revisit using convection. So much yet to explore here but, so far so good!

Nice range
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice looking range and easy to clean. My only cern is that there is a defect in the Silicone around the cooktop. The range was delivered just before the holidays so I haven’t called to report the issue but will be calling soon

Ugly glass top. Oven preheat takes forever.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cannot recommend this range at all. Could not be more disappointed with this purchase. The glass top was said to be "very durable" but has proven to be anything but that. After a single week of limited use it has horrible scuffs that we cannot buff out. The oven takes 20 minutes to preheat to 375 degrees. We timed it. There is an option to bake without preheat but for some reason it seems intended for lasagna and pizza only. Apparently if one desires something more normal for preheat times, one can buy a model with the "fast preheat" option. Moreover, the storage drawer is made of extremely thin material and I fear it would dent with a simple bump from a foot, mop, etc. I advise against purchasing this range.

Like owning a black car!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this range except I boiled over some soy milk and now I have a 2 inch cloudy stain! This is horrible for a perfectionist like I am! Why would they make a cooking surface shiny and black?

love
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great range. I have noticed that what other reviews have stated also is that the top of the range doesn’t clean that well. We have only had it a week, but it has worked great thus far. It does ‘smoke’ a bit when you first turn it on but our delivery geek squader informed us that’s what will happen... turn it on for 30 minutes and then broil for 30 minutes, then it’ll be fine. Ours never smoked after that. I love the dual range top sizes and the melting and warmer features. Again, the stainless steel black is beautiful

Horrific !
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is so cheaply made for the price you can’t help but laugh. Even water stains the burners to where you have to scrub it with special cleaners every time. There is no wiping this thing clean. It stains and cleaning is not easy. I have had many stove and never have I had a stove that I have to scrub after boiling over a bit of water. Best guy won’t take it back cuz of their stupid 15 day return policy which is stupid becouse this stove was delivered to a home 3 weeks ago and we just moved into this home last week. How could we try it in 15 days if we didn’t live here ! I’m so angry and nobody is willing to help even though I purchased an extended warranty.

Q: QuestionThe instruction booklet that came with the stove doesn't say enough about the convection oven. I've read on the internet that convection should be 25 degrees lower than regular bake. If my recipe calls for 350 degrees, do I need to set it to 325?
Asked by MilHarr.
- A:Answer Hi MiMiharr, with convection cooking, the unit will cook food 25% faster than a traditional bake cycle. It is recommended that you adjust the bake time that is suggested for your recipe to compensate. So you would shave 25% off the recommended cooking time. We hope this helps!

Q: QuestionDoor Issue, garage delivery on 4-24-20, during this Covid-19 no set up. Immediately noticed the door binding. Binding so bad that it was very hard to close and loud. Called Best Buy, Exchanged it, the second one currently is starting to bind as well.
Asked by PHBR.
- A:Answer We bought ours in Aug 2019 and had this same problem. I thought the hinge may have bent in shipping or something, bought a new hinge directly from Whirlpool in Sept 2019 and replaced it myself. The replacement one is already bad and the door wont close. I came here to see if anyone else had this issue. Instead of replacing it again I will contact Whirlpool this time.
