No comforts have been spared in this two-story New England beauty that includes a spectacular, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the large table for eight, and then settle in to one of two separate living areas, both with cable-equipped flatscreen TVs and comfortable furnishings. Outside, relax on your furnished patio, or gather around the firepit as the stars come out. And when it's time to call it a night, this home offers four luxurious bedrooms with three king-size beds and two twin trundle beds.

Beautiful Home Across from the Beach

Stunning completely remodeled home in a great location. Across the street from the beach and less than a mile to downtown. The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which was plenty of room for our multigenerational stay of 8 people. Has a great closed in back yard with a wonderful gas fire pit that we used almost every night and the front yard is great as well. Great views and lots of activity of people biking, walking, running etc. It was the perfect spot for afternoon cocktails. Would highly recommend this amazing property!

Perfect Home for our Family

Multigenerational family really enjoyed this home clean, well-maintained and oh, so cute and cozy. We enjoy having a fenced in yard with the children and the outdoor fireplace was a bonus. The location was also ideal for us.

Great house but

Great house and location. Biggest issue no beach towels were at the house and it took 24 hours to finally get some. The VACA people kept telling me some would be delivered and finally their maintenance man went and got some for us. Big disconnect as 2 people kept reaching out to check on us yet didn’t resolve the problem.

Perfect Stay in Chatham

Three couples rented Malabar for good friends’ daughter’s wedding. The location was ideal, with an easy walk to town, to the beach, and to the wedding venue across the street. The house itself was perfect! A well planned renovation has resulted in a beautiful, bright living space with fresh-feeling blue and white coastal decor. Having three king-sized beds and a private bath with each bedroom erased any of the awkward moments of bedroom selection among the couples. Everyone was happy with their rooms. The kitchen was so well equipped that it was easy to plan for dining at home. The 2 gathering spaces with TVs allowed for comfortable relaxation. And finally the outside space was fabulous - we used the gas grill, and enjoyed the fire pit and the joys of an outdoor shower. We moved several Adirondack chairs to the front yard and enjoyed our morning coffee with ocean views as we watched the world walk or run by. So all in all a terrific 5 nights at Malabar! We would definitely book again.
