Works great so far. Since this is dual microwave/ convection, I was able to replace 2 appliances with one that has a little more capacity. The start button adds 30 seconds at a time, which has turned out to be very convenient. I was hesitant to use metal on the convection setting, but it works just fine, lots of one-button functions make it simple to use.

What's there not to like?  It has it all!!!

This microwave convection oven works as it should. The only thing I don't like is that it gets extremely hot and you can burn yourself on the outside it's not insulated very well. I think it could just color surrounding areas so I'm very careful with that. But, all in all, I have replaced my old gas stove in my Snowbird mobile home in Florida with this convection oven and An induction cooktop and I am very happy.

Nice convection microwave

bought one elsewhere and it arrived with a big dent in the side so I ordered it here and this one showed up kind of wobbly, it doesn't set flush/even on the counter although it seems to work fine. Our old Whirlpool microwave started to flake inside... the coating started to bubble and I accidentally scraped against a bubble while cleaning the interior and noticed that it was bubbling and flaking. So we bought this one since it has no coating inside only stainless steel etc. 

I like the features so far although I haven't tried convection cooking so we'll see how that goes.

I will say this, on the website it says you only need a few inches of vertical clearance but in the manual it literally states you should have a full 12" wow... well we have the back part obscured with only about 3 inches clearance so I hope that doesn't cause problems with it's functioning. 

About the unevenness and wobble, I ended up sticking a penny under the front left foot of the oven and that keeps it from rocking when I open the door. I find it disappointing that they can't insure proper packaging to insure the products don't get bent. The wobble wasn't enough to make me lug yet a second oven back for refund and I'm hoping that slight unevenness/bend in the structure doesn't cause improper function etc. Also I'm thinking it's not our countertop that's uneven because our old microwave never rocked back and forth like this one does.

We love the look and the interior size however, it doesn't heat as quickly as we like.  Popcorn button requires additional time as it popped just over half the kernels using this setting.

I love the size. I also love the 2 baking racks that are included. I love that I can bake pork chops, pizza ect. Without heating up the house. I wish it had an option to turn turntable off. If you're baking and don't want it to turn, you can simply remove the plastic turn insert. I have also found that you want to bake a little longer than directed. (If a pizza says 400 for 20 minutes, make it 30 minutes). Having said that, I am vary happy. I baked 6 pork chops the other day, and after leaving them in an extra 10 minutes, they were done, tender and juicy! The microwave option is also great for heating coffee and leftovers. I would definitely recommend this oven to friends.

Owned less than a year and panel light is not working. Now I can't tell what time is left, what power, what mode or the time.

Less than a year

I think I received a previously used one.  Two days after delivery the timer broke.  It looks like a sticker was removed with a sharp object, I used my finger nails to remove the sticker covering the damage  and now the plastic covering over the numeral one is breaking through.  To heavy for an 82 years old lady to remove to send to the dump.

Total disfaction.

Convection does't work. It won't go over 200 F. I am sending it back for a replacement, that I hope works right.

Very, very disappointing!
