I've been using the 'helmet' for a month now, 10 minutes every day. After 1 month, I can't give that much difference.
My hair barely grows or does not grow, now after a month I have the impression that it is a bit longer. A lot of no... which is also not possible after a month. I'll keep using it and will come back within 2 months. Then it's 3 months, then I'll have a better view.

So far so good
I have only been using the helmet for a month but I feel like my hair are thicker already. The only thing that bothers me is that the helmet does not mention when it is low battery and simply shuts down, making me believe sometimes that the 10 mins is up when in actuality the helmet simply doesn’t have any more battery.

Red Light is great, the headphones not so much
I am very happy to have a good red light therapy helmet... but they went too far by adding the bluetooth speakers. Mine make a rattling noise when there is sound, and so I can't really use that feature.
Also, I was right on the cusp of small or large but went with small. The padding on the speakers make this feel quite tight on my head. Wish I'd gone with a larger size or that I could remove the speakers to make a little space.

It WORKS!!!
I’ve been suing this device since Dec 15th, 2024 and have already seen sooo much new hair growth. I had ascari g alopecia (Discoid Lupus on my scalp) and all though I know won’t get complete hair regrowth on the scared tissue, I’m still seeing lots of new hairs. If you’re on the fence, don’t wait! I started seeing results in less than 2 weeks.

Gamechanger for hairloss - with a caveat
This really has been a complete gamechanger for my hairloss and regrowth.
I’ve used this every single day, without a single day off, for 7 months and have seen significant reduction in hairloss and significant increase in hair growth.
Now, what I would say is that hairloss reduction could be down to a number of different factors (I upped my iron and vitamin D, for instance, as I was suffering from extremely bad hairloss following some medication I took), but the regrowth speed is categorically down to this device.
So while stopping hairloss is not something I can fully vouch for, I will say that the regrowth using this has been speedy and really impressive.
The single caveat to all of the above is consistency of usage - there hasn’t been a single day I haven’t used my helmet in 7 months. I’ve taken it everywhere with me (even camping!) and it’s not been easy, especially after several glasses of wine after a night out, but it’s entirely been worth it and I have no doubt that that’s the real key to its success.
