It's tough to find this *awesome* combo in a Halloween costume - plus sized, short, not old lady-ish, flattering, with sleeves, and sexy.  It's a cute design and the top and sleeves are stretchy to accommodate lots of figures. Lots of room in the bust; neckline is a wide square, so you'll want a strapless, clear straps, or wide set (like balconette) bra, if wearing one.  The bottom/skirt is a little stiff/poofy.

This witch costume  is a good choice for school carnival or adult party. Could wear a tube skirt (or short petticoat) underneath for additional modesty to keep it G-rated. I'm 5'4" and it came to lower thing/above my knees (the pic looks like the model is much taller).

I don't know about the hat; I didn't take it out of the package because I am returning the costume due to the glitter situation. See warning below.

WARNING: SOFA KING MUCH GLITTER - like SO MUCH shedding. You will definitely want to "shake it out" or something to get rid of the loosely attached glitter. It sheds more than the glitteriest thing I've ever come across. EVER. Everything else I had in the shopping bag (transported from store, to trunk, to home in 20 minutes, so not long at all) is COVERED in glitter. The floor is covered in glitter. It's got both the super fine and larger round mini almost paillette-type. I wonder if spraying some sort of affixer or hairspray or something could mitigate it. Just be prepared to be a glitter-shedding machine wherever you go. Commit no crimes while wearing! :D Or wear while feeling SUPER petty and  be sure to sit on all of the upholstered furniture of your least favorite person.

I have a lot of vacuuming, sweeping, and wiping down with wet paper towels to do now.
