I purchased this mum in the fall of 2021 and it's still alive and is huge! When it arrived it had some blooms that smelt like cinnamon. However, the blooms didn't last long and haven't returned; no cinnamon smell. Just recently (August/September 2022) did I repot to the bigger container. The first week the plant remained full and beautiful, but now it has a hole in the center. I see new growth so I'm hoping the hole is to help get light to the new growth. I'm not very hopeful it'll have blooms this year. I did add some super petunias for added color along the container's edge. For reference I'm in zone 9a and I do fertilize it.

Arrive in a crushed box. It looks nothing like the picture.  I wish I had just gone to Lowes or Home Depot and bought something I could see was healthy.  Leaves and branches are broken off, dirt spilled out of the pot into the plastic bag it is enclosed in.  It's wilted, of course, since it is still hot in the south.  There are no blooms or buds.  Some of the leaves are black.  I'm not sure this plant will even live.  The pot is plastic and I don't know if it will be reusable even.

Disappointment

Does NOT have scented blooms. It has a very strong scent due to the scent stick hidden in the plant. Very surprised more people have not discovered this. Very full plant if that's any consolation.

Not sure that FedEx saw it was a plant looks like they played football with it, there are no blooms or buds at all

A little rough

This showed up completely dead. I've tried to get a refund or a new one sent %26 the process has been tedious — they wanted me to send back a dead plant for proof. Here is the proof. Honestly disappointed.

Do not buy

This plant was delivered in the worst shape ever!! Half of the plant was broken off.  Definitely not worth $30.  Never again.

Don't waste your money!

Had a walmart delivery shopper deliver our plants and they were destroyed:(

Smaller than expected, pot looked ceramic in picture and for the price of this plant I thought it was or at least a heavy duty plastic as a permanent container but it's not. It's flimsy plastic temporary kind. There's no flowers on it as shown. It's not even started to bud yet. It's just a green leaf plant. The mums in the stores already have blooms and flowers. It does kinda smell like fall but not really pumpkin spice. More like a regular mum and cinnamon mixed.

Don't waist your money

Still hasn't bloomed at all and doesn't smell like anything. Don't bother.

Not great

It arrived looking like it was used as a maraca.  Half of the leaves were so damaged they were black. It was out of the pot and the paperwork and box it was shipped in were wet. At least it smells like pumpkin spice. (Insert eye roll)
