I have to do cervival traction daily for disc problems. This device was easy to set up, and is well made.

Happy customer!

Start out with small amounts of water first. Stop if causes pain. Heat neck use about 10 mins. Helps with spasms and stress neck pain.

Works great

This traction device is a help to lessen my back and neck pain.

Pain Relief

The Traction device appears to be exactly as described and what  I need, however it is not possible for me to fit the essential face/chin to my face and then to the bar or vice versa. It will work better with two people and the internal directions suggest professional support. Wish I had known that.

Great product, requires assistance.  Not a DIY

To be honest, it is a piece of XXXX.  Falls apart, poorly made.  Made in Vietnam or China. Aggravating to deal with. HOWEVER, I have used it for 2-3 months for neck pinched nerve and it has helped. So, the concept of traction works. But this head gear is most uncomfortable and the corset does not look or fit like picture on the box.  But for the price, it works.  It falls apart every 3-4 days and I have to reassemble. But traction does work.  I used for 10 minutes each night.  Not too heavy weight.

Cervical Traction Neck brace

When I unpack the item all components were there save one, the "S"-hook that holds the bag! Good product but it's kind of hard to hold every thing when you have to tie the bag on. It's kind of hard o tie and untie the bag after each treatment! Yes, I did triple check the box and all packaging for the hook  but it was not with the product!
Quality Control screwed up on this one! I will not recommend this to anyone because of an incomplete process of packaging this product!

Good product but

I used an over-door traction set years ago. The harness fit snugly front and back; no choking, no velcro tabs. The tension rope long enough to allow sitting in a chair. I don't recall the manufacturer. Too bad for me.

Item%23 534-2014-0000 is a joke! The "shoe lace" tension line made standing necessary, but my height made over-door traction impossible. I substituted longer rope so I could sit, but then I could not wear the harness; could not adjust the straps. The entire harness appeared to be too small for an adult.

Great for Children under 4 Feet

The harness is not manufactured correctly. The  harness straps are too short for adult size heads. We are using the harness from an older traction device which is 20 years old, our only option since we lack the plastic bag that holds the water in pounds.
That bag has an awful odor which I'm struggling (unsuccessfully so far) to remove.  May have to use it in the garage or outdoors, Overall poor to nonexistent quality control by manufacturer.

Do Not Buy this item

On the first use, the spreader bar, where you hook the head lifting unit, bent to almost 90 degrees. It starts out with a slight bend, similar to a boomerang. Now it is so bent it won't even fit back in the box. I stayed within the 20 lbs limit on water weight. Not only was I disappointed, but another use could have snapped the metal bar in two. Don't want to think about what could happen in that case.
