I don’t know why I’m filling this out when I’ve asked to speak to two managers and nobody would come out to speak with my wife and I. Terrible service

My stay went very well. The customer service was great, the hotel was super nice and clean. There was shuttle service to the conference I was attending. The only complaints that I have about my stay was that there was loud construction happening at night and a lot of light coming through the window, which the thin curtains did little to remediate.

We love the Fairmont and have stayed at your properties all over the world. Our room was great. And the hotel itself is still beautiful. However, there is no coffee machine in the room. The wait for breakfast was an hour. The line for the coffee shop was long and winded around the corner. The first thing most people want/need in the morning is coffee/tea. This is unacceptable. I hope you fix this.
We stayed for four nights, our room had a beautiful view. small things could be improved, a slow close toilet would be an improvement, a mini bar that welcomed exploration rather than a don’t touch me unless you’re buying command. The restaurant, Tiki and coffee bars were pricey, but the quality and service were outstanding. The $10 per night per room coffee bar credit is a joke and should be eliminated as a fee!
Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the service was spot on.
My first time to stay at the Fairmount was in 1996. My stays became for frequent in 2017 when my daughter moved to San Francisco. I stayed there during the pandemic when everything was more quiet and diminished. My last stay, May 2024, was alive, comfortable, lovely. The food is good. I visited the coffee shop every morning. The staff; housekeeping, doorman, waitstaff, barista, were are lovely and welcoming ambassadors for San Francisco. The facility is elegant and perfectly located.
Wonderful, large room, comfortable bedding, gorgeous views. Only complaint is there was little hot water for showering - tepid at best.
