5.0 out of 5 stars. LOVE!Reviewed by cakelover from Portland, OR on Sunday, November 14, 2021I own two of these jackets. They are warm and look fabulous. The cut is fairly flattering for a puffy coat.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Size mislabeled at warehouseReviewed by Baby2000 from Massachusetts on Wednesday, October 27, 2021Ordered size Large, but received Medium. It turned out it was mislabeled at Sierra warehouse: plastic wrap label has size L, when the item is M. Customer service said that I have to receive the wrong size twice (!) for them to request the warehouse to re-check bins. Really? Anyway, I like this jacket well enough to re-order and hope for the correct size.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Save Your MoneyReviewed by Zennish gal from Colorado on Wednesday, October 13, 2021I finally had to toss my previous winter jacket last year due to multiple zipper issues and thought I'd go higher end for my replacement - never owned North Face but always wanted one based on reputation. This jacket is hands down the LEAST warm winter coat I've owned. If I wear a turtleneck and fleece vest, my core stays somewhat warm in 20-30 degree weather. Arms & upper legs stay cold. Pros - the hood does have nice side coverage from wind, and the length is nice. Cons - not warm, pockets are miniscule, no inner pockets, band around lowest part of jacket makes it bunch up in a weird way. This will be my back up and I'll go back to my Eddie Bauer.
