RingConn Gen 2 Air

I’ve had my ring for about a week now & I’m really loving it! I feel as if the information it provides is pretty accurate. I got sick the other night & the ring showed a spike in my heart rate, body temp, and stress levels. It was pretty cool to see all that information. The ring is also really cute!
The only thing I wish could be improved, I wish it could track other workouts - currently it can only track a run and a walk. Even just a “exercise mode” would be cool, for tracking purposes.
Other than that. I’m enjoying it!

Here is a comparison of the Future Silver colour (Gen 2) vs Dune Gold (Gen 2 Air) for those interested. The size of the two rings are virtually identical, and I can't see much app difference other than sleep apnea.

I have an AWU2 and I purchased an Oura ring gen 4 two weeks ago in the brushed silver. It was a cool finish but the ring looked huge on me, and ultimately I couldn’t justify the price or the monthly subscription fee considering how not helpful the insights were, so I returned it.
Purchased the Gen 2 Air and it arrived today. Wow, is it comfortable and so much smaller! And it actually looks nice on my hand vs. looking out of place. I hope after it has some time to learn me I feel like the value is there but so far, I’m happy.

I know there’s been a lot of discussion about heart rate being inaccurate during workouts or simply not recording any HR elevations over 100 and I just wanted to share a snippet of my workout report from a treadmill jog this morning with my Gen 2 Air. I did not use any other fitness tracker to compare, so I can’t say if my HR was actually 170 when the ring thought it was 160, etc, but I would say this is at minimum a fairly accurate representation of my workout HR. It also tracked the distance correctly - 2 miles exactly on the treadmill. I stand by the statement that rings aren’t great fitness trackers overall, but with that expectation in mind, I am very happy with how the ring performed today.
（I’m a postpartum mom and night shift nurse and was looking for something affordable but accurate that would allow me to begin my health tracking journey and am really pleased with this product so far. ）

Lasted 9 days on a single charge during my Spain trip! Lightweight and barely noticeable. Only downside: scratches show easily on silver.
