Dried Wild Olive Branch Wreath

The wreath was beautiful at first, but it quickly dried up. I was hoping it would last a few months, but it was nice while it lasted.

Arrived VERY DRY. Died in a week.. Not my usual experience with you all.

The wreath was falling apart when it arrived but tried to patch it back together to no avail. As it dried out the branches became very brittle and the breeze as someone walks by would be enough to cause leaves to fall off. So after a week of it hanging, I will be disposing of it. I was so terribly disappointed when I received this wreath so I immediately took a photo (unfortunately the issue didn’t photograph well) and sent it to customer service. All the leaves were back to front so they are a way lighter green, it honestly looked like it had been thrown together in the dark.

ce immediately stating this wreath came from an outside vendor and they would let me know when they heard back. Sadly the vendor stated they saw nothing untoward with their product and would not accept a return or replace and Food52 offered me $15 off my next purchase. This is totally unacceptable and I now have a very expensive wreath I can’t use.
Whatever happened to good old customer service, ‘the customer is always right’. If this wreath had been as it was pictured on the product info page I would not be complaining and requesting a replacement I would be hanging in on the wall it was purchased for, instead it’s still in its box in my storage room and will stay there until I can bring myself to throw out $100!!!!
