Exceeded my expectation

I would have like for a pan to have been included or a mesh tray for items such as fries etc.

it is a nice air fryer and anxious to learn using

I love my air fryer! We use it everyday, if not every other day for quick meals as well as making side dishes. My only complaint is the air fryer I received is not the air fryer in the picture. It does not have 3 trays and it is not viewable from the front like the one in the picture.

Product not the same as pictured

my item came with box all cut up was for gift and looks like i bought it at a second hand store would like a replacement

I have used the preset settings on it, as well as customed them along the way. Made some chicken tenders in it which I did enjoy the crispy texture however it took longer in time than expected to cook plus very uneven browning. some were pale white while others more browned. The unit itself is very tall barely fits on my counter. And more concerning is while using it I have noticed an air pocket on the right side od the door which results steam coming out of riggt side and I'm sure that alters the inside temperature of the unit. I think it will be returned.

Had high hopes, disappointing

Shipping box should have protection on sides. Box was destroyed on one of the corners. Bending the machine itself

I was excited to catch the Black Friday sale on this fryer as it was being sold out very quickly, and would be my very first one, was so disappointed when it arrived via Fedex unpackaged, just dropped off in its retail packaging, the fryer had a big hole chipped out of the body and large crack going down the casing from handling. Had to Immediately file for return with in 10 min opening it. I gave it two star because the structure quality of the product with out testing the functionality is at question, function quality is unknown. I did like the black stainless steel face plate, but the rest of the body casing feels really cheap.

The power inlet to the back of the fryer has no protection.  Just received the item today on Nov 29 at 5:46 pm, opened it up and found the power cord cover was broken and the electrical wiring exposed.   Very disappointed with Walmart because the the first notice for the order said store has stock and would be delivered in 2 days(order date Nov 22), the next day Nov 23 said order delayed and had no further updates.  Chat with customer service twice and both said wait for 5 to 8 hours, item should arrive.  Finally it came on Nov 29th and when I opened it, the power cord cover was damages and I have to go through the return process.  I do not know when I am going to get a replacement.   Very upset !!!!!

Poor item quality and Walmart customer service

Extremely disappointed to have this for only a few months and regardless of trying to keep up with keeping this clean and well taken care of this is made SO poorly. I have attached pictures- I was scared of this catching on fire by the way the inside looked. Also the bottom was leaking out everytime and made a mess on the countertop. Thankfully it didn't ruin that too. My

This air fryer came in a gross box, and the product itself didn't even come in original box/packaging!  It was just stuffed in a grungy, taped up, cardboard box.  The air fryer was broken in 4 different spots, and wasn't even the same color as the one shown in the picture.  Very disappointed in this product.  Sent it right back immediately.  I'll only give it a 1 star because it did actually show up in a timely manner, but that was the only positive experience with this. Maybe this was more the seller's fault than the actual product itself... but it was not great.
