This humidifier is perfect. Quiet, efficient %26 easy to operate. You can set it to auto %26 let it do its thing, keep humidity level. Or set your own humidity level %26 it will keep that level until water fill is needed. It truly is a good product for ease of use. At the moment at 50% I need to fill it once per week. I expect when A/C. is on maybe oftener.

Functions perfectly. I've never removed it from the base for filling. Top fill with very large opening to pour into. The ability to use my phone to run it has been a lifesaver. I use the night light every night. I keep the display turned off unless checking levels. This is a well thought out machine and I am very happy with it so far.

So nice!!

This is a heavy lift if you don't fill from the top while in place. That said I do like that the sleep function turns off all light. I haven't tried the app connection. Not sure it's necessary for me. It requires almost two gallons of water but seems to last longer that my older albeit smaller one.

Functional and the app is cool but difficult to clean, runs out quick, the humidity meter is different than my other humidity meter, and does not bring up the humidity enough.

Wish I had the bigger size or a different brand

Worked great for a couple of weeks and then started leaking. I followed the troubleshooting guide in the app and couldn't find anything wrong with the valve/float. It continued to leak when used. Curiously, it did not have issues when it was off. I think the ultrasonic vibrations while it's on cause a small leak at the valve. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great humidifier.

Leaks

Machine is known to leak leak intermittently as seen in reviews. see below response from the Levoit  company. They won't honor the warranty because seller is not an authorized seller. Not only did it leak but it did damage and they know full well in the reviews that it does leak occasionally and won't even answer why it's doing that what could be done to fix it Would like my money returned and Steelers should know they're not authorized to sell it and warranty is useless

I thought this was going to be a good little humidifier for what I needed it for… it worked great for about a month, then I went to go to bed and it had leaked all out ruining my click flooring…. I kept trying it and every time it would leak.😞

They don't send you the item in the picture that connects with the smartphone. They send you the basic model with a dial and no aromatherapy.
