Non-stick, cleans up in a snap (so easy you can wipe them out with a paper towel). My only disappointment was the fact they were not oven safe (my fault for not checking). Definitely would recommend, I also got a good deal on purchase (well worth it). 4.8 stars

Not good set this metal

Also, the ridges for the frying pans and pots are difficult to clean.
