I am a professional hairdresser. This is the iron we hands down prefer!! For those of you giving this a one star that rating should go to whoever sold it to you!!! A defective flat iron problem should not go to the seller it goes to Conair the parent company who by the way is AWESOME !!! I used my last one of these flatirons professionally for 3 1/2 years before a problem. Inside the instructions you will find it has a FOUR year warranty. I did not think Conair would actually do anything. Wrong!! They sent me a new one no questions asked! Didn’t even care about the old one. Although the warranty says to send it back with a $10.00 fee. Babyliss is the Pro division of Conair. So if Walmart or one of their third party sellers send you an appliance they should have returned to Babyliss themselves know Conair will take care of it.

Best flat iron

Nice flatiron. I love how close you can get the iron to your scalp. It is a compact %26 slender design. The cord is a good length %26 made out of a sterdy material. Also the adjustable temperature settings are great so that you have the correct temp for your hair type.

Good quality

It's awesome, I have been searching for over 6 years for a flat iron that would work on my 4c course natural hair.  I finally just decided to spend the money and take my chances and I'm glad that I did. My hair was super straight after using it, it looked like I had got a relaxer. I'm so happy i finally found a flat iron. You get what you pay for!!

I have used several brands over the years and when my last one broke I was nervous! But I love this one! It heats up quickly and the handle is cool to the touch. I use the highest setting but you can control the temp. It is also slim to easily pack for travel. Great product!

Great hair straightener!

The straightener is so good I even have the one and a half one as well. I'll always continue to buy babyliss products, they're just so good. I can't recommend this enough!

Excellent straightener

Love using the babybliss nano but this one is not the right one that I was looking for.  The descriptions says 1inch but I got the Babybliss 1 1/2inch. Hopefully I can return this one %26 get the right one

Not the 1inch straightener

I've  had this flat iron for 4 months now and it has developed two bubbles on the edge of the surface. One has peeled off and heaps my hair and pulls it out as you pass the flat iron over it.
I'm returning it to see if it can be replaced.
I'll see if it happens to the next one before I have a good review.
It does get hot quickly and did a great job until I noticed this happening.
