Fantastic quality and great customer support.  The directions, mind you, are terrible.  Their customer service admits they need to be done better, they are really for professional installers as this is truly professional gym quality and not as geared towards retail consumers.  Warning, don't put the pulley wheels in until AFTER you have the cables threaded and thread them at the same time as you install the wheels.  Any other way will result in a frustrating process of removing the freshly installed wheels to reinstall them with the cable.  Also, the cable on the overhead has to be threaded OVER the top of the hinge point of the arm press.  It doesn't tell you that.  Ours lasted less than two weeks (maybe three uses?) before the sheath on the cable was destroyed as a result of threading under it.  That's where the lifetime warranty and good customer service came to the rescue.  Kevin at the manufacturer not only diagnosed why it happened very quickly, but he sent a new replacement cable out (no charge of course) for two day delivery and we were up and running in no time.  It was smooth before, now it's even smoother without that little unknown resistance gone.  Everything about the construction and function is top quality.  I'm very impressed, and beyond happy with it.  There are more exercises that can be done with this than I imagined when I bought it (there is a poster with many of them that comes with it).  It looks great, too.
