I've been watching YT videos on good Vitamin C products and this happens to be one. This was the quickest and cheapest shop I could find. I've been trying to clear up my Naruto scars from raising my bunnies who gave me a couple 2 pieces when potty training them. They've been quickly now; although I had these scars for years.

Defective cap, wont close so serum spills

I used only as directed for two days and by day two I had burned skin from this product that is actually hot to the touch. I am so disappointed because I was under the mistaken impression that CeraVe products were gentle. I have no idea why this would happen. I wanted to enhance my skin not make it worse. I am very dissatisfied and I am returning for a refund. If youre fair-skinned think twice!

Burned my skin!

Buyer beware! This is a fake item, and do not buy from this seller "Marathon Sports Company Inc"  Appears to be a fake and the tone is all banged up. I will not be putting this on my face.

Missing the outer packaging. Do not buy!

Not the same purchased online as in-store. The product is a complete different texture and has a strong scent of honey or something - almost harsh chemicals. The in-store product never has a scent. The boxed product I received has a barcode sticker on the front with Chinese symbols on it… if it was authentic the barcode on the back of the box would be enough. It took too long to ship if it was coming from my local Walmart store that is two miles up the road from me, shipping took almost two weeks. Been using this product for almost two years, I know the difference between one that is slightly oxidized or whatever the seller is responding to other reviews claiming the same thing. It is two completely different products. Why?

I am unsure how Walmart.com is regulating online product listings/sellers, but this is definitely not the same as bought in-store. I was skeptical to purchase this item on Walmart Website with the sale price at $12/unit. I recently started a new job and my time has become limited so I started shopping more online here, but now I am extremely cautious to continue doing so. I may be requesting a refund on this order.

Be Extra Conscientious Of Online Ordering

This CeraVe vitamin c serum has a honey smell.  I thought it should be fragrance free.  I read another post and someone also mentioned it has a honey sort of smell also.  In addition, the cap can't close tightly; it keeps loosing up everytime when I use it.  Now have more concerns of using it after a week.  This is my first time trying out this serum and don't feel comfortable using it anymore.  Besides the smell, it's not that moisturizing as it says it contains Hyaluronic Acid in the description.  I did some research.  It looks like the tube I got has an orange oval banner on "10% pure vitamin c" vs some other ones have a longer rectangular banner on it.  Most concerning is: is this a legit product or defected product?  Can't find any expiration date on it either.  I don't think I  will continue use this CeraVe product.  I'm disappointed since I use other products from CeraVe and really like them.

Not recommending this

It smells WEIRD! The texture isn't like the serum I have been using for the last two years. This one is a thicker consistency, smells like honey and liquor. The tube is even different. It was impossible to puncture the tube to dispense for the first time.

This HAS to be a knock off!

The cap dis not allow me to open the puduct properly.... and the caps are not screwing on... it happened to all 3 of them... and the smell is off.... making me feel like this is not real cerave

I ordered 2 CeraVe Vit. C face serum. I was already opened and the other one is fake. I have been using this product for almost a long time so I knew what it looked like before opening.

Such a disappointment.

I am returning this product because I previously purchased a similar item that was in a neater and newer package. I have attached photos to show that this one appears somewhat old and is not in its original packaging
