We recommend washing inside out to protect the design from other items that might be in the wash. Most of the tees and hoodies are made from 100% cotton so they may shrink in the dryer, especially under high heat. To avoid this, either air dry or tumble dry.

All of our items are standard unisex sizing unless otherwise stated. Stick with your normal retail size or size up once if in-between sizing or want an oversized look.

Our current processing time is approximately 3-4 weeks, but varies depending on the order and number of items- plan accordingly. Please understand every order is handmade and made to order, we cannot always provide an order update if the item has not been printed yet.

Items ship through USPS and once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. We recommend tracking with the "Shop" app.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Pressedpaper is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. As soon as the package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS and all claims must be filed through them.

In the event that you need to make a return, please message or email us at besties@pressedpapershop.com and instructions will be provided. Pressedpaper does not offer refunds for returns, only size exchanges. Items must be unworn and damage free. Once your item is received it takes us up to 3-4 weeks (our processing time) to process the exchange.
