Nice beach!
It is a bit tired and needs a facelift!
Perfect place to relax with multiple pools, resultants and facilities
Some parts of the the resort have dated and weathered
Beachfront villas with pools are fabulous. Evenings in the bar are lovely as the view is fantastic and there is often live music. Good place to have dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are super comfy.
Needs abit of an upgrade in parts. The main restaurant isn't big enough for breakfasts and so it's chaotic. At night time it's bright lights and alot of white - feels like a cafeteria. The building design didn't take into account disabled needs. The air conditioning leaked in some parts of our villa.
Not too busy. Very relaxing.
The kids club was located on the complete opposite side of the resort from our room. Not sure why they wouldn’t locate us closer knowing we had a child and wanted to use the facility.
The hotel is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The only bad thing about staying here is there is very little that is walking distance from the hotel. If I was to come to langkawi again I would stay on the side of the island near cenang beach.
The hotel provided a hospitality room for the entire family to chill out (free of charge) as we had a late night flight following check out at noon, the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Laundry was turned around in hours. Highly recommended.
The villa was exceptional. And the staff were excellent especially Azhan at splash bar
When we stayed in room 1305&1311 the rooms weren’t clean and housekeeping was lacking. Had to keep asking for rooms to be cleaned and for towels. Is we hadn’t transferred to the villa I would have checked out after 4 days into 8 day stay
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Their breakfast buffet was a very exceptional spread. The pools were beautiful and clean. Rooms were very neat and spacious.

Absolutely magical location. The staff extremely friendly and the restaurants are amazing. Very accommodative for family. My only concern was the housekeeping the rooms were not very clean they don’t pay close attention to detail. I did inform and they re cleaned.
