Excellent hotel in the downtown Charlotte area. Professional and attentive staff throughout that were always friendly and helpful. Common areas were highly maintained and looked great at all times and the hotel offered a number of dining and additional services, including valet parking and access to buildings throughout the downtown area and some shopping areas in on the bottom floor of the hotel. The rooms were nice, comfortable and well maintained.

Charlotte,NC is one of my new favorite places to visit. 15 minutes from airport. Hotel is in central location surrounded by many great restaurants. Sports arena, museums and some local parks to enjoy while walking around. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A delicious dessert dish was sent to our room for our anniversary trip.
