Really well made. Does a great job on the muscles it targets. Wish it could be used safely on more body parts. Definitely has to be part of a big system of muscle care!
Went Did I Wait So Long
Foam rollers stick rollers percussion massagers TENS.....did them all with some issue or two. With R8 you best be prepared for some tension. After several weeks of stay use I must days my legs feel great even those sensitive pays in the inside calf. Went did I wait so long to purchase?

Makes deep tissue massage so easy
The R8 is AMAZING
Unlike anything else out there. I tried it first at an expo a couple years ago and wish I hadn't hesitated to buy it. I got one recently at FF. It digs in so much deeper than you'd think it would. ROLL Recovery is a great company as well. Got an R3 from them a while back.

Tried this device in the store last year. Finally purchased it online a few weeks ago and feel it has improved my ITB discomfort very nicely. Also effective in treating various other ailments
Roll Recovery R8
I purchased for tight muscles and chronic pain associated with it. My foam roller just wasn't cutting it. I was having a hard time getting to the target areas with the foam roller and causing pain in my arms trying to Target areas on hip and hip flexor. This roller has really helped and gets deep into the Target areas. It can be painful but it is effective. Only reason not giving 5 stars is I can't get calf very well as the top roller hurts my shin bone.
