The location, the facilities, the staff were kind enough. Especially, all the staff at the "Seasonal Tastes" were very friendly, and they were truly kind to my twin boys. (The breakfast was very delicious, of course.) Even though I was resting in the lobby on the evening of the check-out, they came out to say goodbye and give us a good-bye present ice cream. There seemed to be a lot of guests, but most of them were businessmen, so the pool was not crowded during the day, so it was good to play with the children while swimming, and the Marina Bay view from the Infiniti Pool was also very good. Fitness was also good because it was open 24 hours a day, and "TechnoGym" equipment was very good. There are many places to go near the hotel, such as a nice pub, Laufasat Hocker Center, and Satet Street. Next time, my family decided to stay in Westin Singapore when we go to Singapore.

LikedOverall room size incl lavish / well laid out bath rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast spread. Very courteous staff.

DislikedHousekeeping could be improved - wardrobe door was left ajar, and a used water bottle from previous guest was left in the bedside drawer. Some items were also not replenished. Despite informing on this being an anniversary stay, there were also no amentities offered (first time from a hotel; all other hotels provided cake, wine etc during our anniversary stays).
