I received the kennel deck & placed it into the crate as it fits good. But it's a little short on the width as I wish it was one more panel strip. But overall I like the quality of the panel as my Boxer used to chew the black plastic panels that come with the crates. This deck looks solid as I hope he doesn't chew a corner off.

Flooring is great in kennel, we can let the dog out and keep her safe in the kennel.  The flooring allows her to remain dry from wet and muddy soil.  Less work for us when we bring her back in the house and she doesn't need to be washed constantly.  Flooring washes off easily with garden hose.

A Step Above the Rest

We love the kennel deck! We bought 2 and hooked them together to give our dog a 4x4 area in front of her doghouse.  It hooked together in only a few minutes and seems to be secure. It keeps the kennel area cleaner and gives our dog a smooth place to stretch out.  It hoses down easily.  It does seem to stain with Georgia's red clay mud, but that's not a big deal.  I have already recommended it to several pet owners.

Working well as a floor for my pup's exercise pen that I keep in the house.  Would be nice if it came with some clips to attach it to the cage. I used cable ties.

I received my kennel deck today. Opened the package, and pieces were in plastic baggie. No instructions. It seems simple enough,however there is 4 plastic pieces in the baggie. Will submit a photo. I ordered one section of floor decking. I could not figure out where the 4 grey plastic pieces were to be used. I returned to this website and after reading reviews, figured they were to attach another floor section. The kennel deck was ordered at the same time the kennel was ordered but we received it several days later.  Product was what I ordered but disappointment in the delivery.

I used it for my 1 yr old,in her kennel. The stoppers underneath kept coming out and the clamps to hold them together broke as soon as  she stepped on it. It was larger than it said,so was hard to get in kennel. On the bright side,it is easy to clean and she likes it,because it is cooler and off the ground

I ordered 4 sections of the kennel deck.  When I opened the box, one section was broken into two pieces.  Each section is supposed to be made up of 6 planks, but broken section had a 2-plank and 4-plank section, not to mention at least a dozen broken pieces of plastic on the bottom of the box from where the two pieces had snapped apart.  It appeared to me that I received a an order than someone had previously returned.  The small clips that are used to connect the sections together, were in a sandwich zip lock bag, rather than appearing to be professionally packaged.  I decided to keep the decking despite the disappointment in the condition of the planking because it seemed like too big a pain to ship such a large piece of decking back.  I don't know if I'll ever shop via hayneedle again.
