Q: Where is the off button? There is only a Start button. Please help.
A: You don’t have to disconnect it. Hold the pause button for several seconds and it will stop. Or you can simply open the basket.
Q: How many wings can you cook at a time
A: I would say dont cook more than 12 wings at a time or they will not cook thoroughly. Also the first time around I followed the cooking instructions for chicken wings that was in the book that comes with the air fryer and the chicken was not cooked correctly. I raised the temp to 370° and cooked chicken 20 to 25 min on each side and they came out perfect. I like my wings crispy if you want crispy chicken wings thats my advice. Its a nice product, you just have to play with the temperature to get the food to as well done as you desire.
Q: What are the dimensions of the interior of the basket? How long and wide?
A: The tray is roughly 8 3/8" x 8 3/8", give or take a few smaller fractions of an inch and ignoring the rubber grommets, but rounded in the corners. It's a snug fit, so the basket itself wouldn't be significantly wider or longer.
Q: Can this model air fryer grill also
A: When on it has options to Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Bake, Reheat, and French Fries. Easy & quick to use. Doesn’t have grill tray for the marks on the food.
Q: Which basket liners are recommended? What size?
A: Silicone is best. I believe i got 7.5 inch but i could have went a tad bit bigger
A: No, the basket is black non stick metal.
Q: How is cleanup? Is it dishwasher safe?
A: Clean up is easy! You could put it on dishwasher top rack…yet I wouldn’t recommend.
Q: All touch buttons work when they feel like it. Is there a proper way to do this?
A: This happens to me and it's annoying. But I realize that it's like a smartphone. The icons have to be clean and dry and then it's a bit more responsive
