CANNONS alternate between flashes of gauzy introspection, glitter-drenched dancefloor ecstasy, and gritty sensuality. The Los Angeles trio--Michelle Joy [vocals], Ryan Clapham [lead guitar], and Paul Davis [drums keys]--elevate alternative / electro-pop to a neon stratosphere with nocturnal production and a visual sensibility equally suited to Studio 54 or summer festival season. Thus far, the band has honed this signature style over the course of three albums, namely Night Drive [2017], Shadows [2019], and Fever Dream [2022]. Along the way, "Fire For You" reached RIAA gold status, generated nearly a quarter-of-a-billion streams, topped Alternative Radio, and landed massive syncs on the likes of NETFLIX's Never Have I Ever, American Horror Story, and more. CANNONS earned critical acclaim from The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, FLAUNT, and Consequence of Sound while YouTube touted them among 2021's "Artists on the Rise." Emerging as a live force, they've headlined countless packed shows in addition to lighting up festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Life Is Beautiful, Outside Lands, and Electric Forest, to name a few. Evolving yet again, CANNONS kickstart another era with the sunny, sassy, and sexy funkified strut of their 2023 single "Loving You" and much more to come.

my first Cannons concert. fabulous vocals and instrumentation. great show.
I’ve seen them twice this year now. The first time I saw them they were the opening act for Big Wild in Berkeley and even they were amazing. I went just for them and then when I heard they were gonna have their first headliner tour I immediately bought tickets for their Oakland show and they never fail to impress. Their whole production was amazing. All of them are so talented it’s literally magical. 1000% will be buying tickets again when they are in town
Luv this band, but the sound was not great. The lead singer's voice was not turned up enough and the sound, in general was muted and muddled. I been to the Fox before and the sound is usually great so I am pointing the issue at the mixers. Many people around me also mentioned that the sound was not great.
Great show with very good sound system in the Fox Theatre
I’ve been wanting to see Cannons live for years now and they did not disappoint! From the song selection and delivery to stage presence and lighting they did a 100/10 job, every song sounded almost better live than recorded it was such a joy to hear. Absolutely fantastic show from start to finish, can’t wait to see them again!
I haven't been to a non rock/ metal concert in a long time and Cannon's delivered! Michelle, the guys, and all of the supporting bands made it such a fun night! I would love to see them again!
I really recommend watching them live. Great show, excellent band!
They sound as good or better live as they do in recorded media. I highly recommend you see one of their live shows.
Glad I got my tickets early as it was a sold-out show! My old skool physical tix arrived well in time for the event. Show started promptly @ 8PM. The opening act by duo Jane Leo from Austin TX was one of the most exciting, fun, rockin' , original & commanding performances I'd ever seen in all my years of concert going! Very original stage set with their name in a neon sign and a lot of colorful lighting and effects. They were a joyful experience and a great new discovery for me. (after the concert I purchased ALL of their digital releases!) I hope there is a blazing future for them! Loved it! The second act duo Two Another from Australia was ok and did well although electronic pop a genre I like, their version of it was not to my taste, I thought their set was too long and slowed the show. It felt like a long wait for the main band. Main show started kind of late. Cannons were awesome arriving in the pitch-dark stage with a screen backdrop of Palm tree sundown silhouettes one on fire like a torch. Sparks flying. set was great with platforms for two members, one on keyboards floor level and side runway lights that changed color. Michelle the singer arrived swirling and dancing and parading the front lip of the stage totally engaging with the crowd almost nonstop the entire show. There was a brief acoustic set when she sat front & center. She is a powerful performer! They played many hits and favorites & a host of new songs, all very memorable ear candy embellished with a lot of colorful lighting effects and set backdrops and dramatic blackouts between numbers. A lot of stand up grooving and singing along. Very theatrical and very powerful for a 10-year band doing their 1st headlining tour! I would see them and Jane Leo again and again the future! This was my 3rd event at The Rialto over the course of a little over a year and have noticed a sound issue at this venue. The level is much too loud causing distortion and bass levels thudding so loudly sometimes overwhelming the vocals. It's intrusive. Also, a weird electrical humming at times. A previous event I attended in April had major problems. At this event there was an improvement but could still do with some work. Major point too is it got VERY HOT and a bit unbearable towards the end. AC system needs tweaking! Security also had a tendency to wander too much and stand in front of audience sitting in balcony and blocking the view. All in all, a great experience! CANNONS and JANE LEO are my heroes of 2023! Thx Ticketmaster for getting me there!
