    I have bought so many products from this brand. It's a great moisturizer, definitely goes on creamy and doesn't leave no texture behind (I hate gels so I love this). Leaves my face feeling nice and soft. I will say it's not fragrance free. It's not really strong as others are reviewing. It's really nice I will buy again and definitely worth for how much you get for the price.

    I have been repurchasing this on and off for the last couple years. Every time I start using it again my skin feels so plump and bright and hydrated. It looks almost like I'm using a sort of glow primer my skin looks so radiant. I have also noticed whenever I start using it again my skin clears up and my redness goes down by a lot. I also LOVE the smell, I don't find it overwhelming at all, i think it's lovely. I have also never written a review for anything in my life but it's just THAT GOOD. Truly the most underrated skin care product out there.

    I'm always on the hunt for a cream my skin will tolerate. For someone with extremely dry skin, eczema prone, extremely sensitive to most products, not to mention headaches from strong scents, this product works 100% for me. I actually notice a huge change in my face in 3 weeks, fine lines and wrinkles are less noticeable and my face actually looks moisturized for once. Morning and night I use. If you have oily skin, I'm not sure I would choose this particular moisturizer.

    The description of this product is misleading. Just because the fragrance is "natural" doesnt mean it isn't still fragrance. Its a strong scent that people sensitive to smells wont be able to tolerate it. It's disappointing because the moisturizer is really nice.

    Why would the formula be changed if it was amazing to begin with? Was it for $ reasons? Why would DermaE sacrifice quality over quantity? When exactly did the formula change?

    We have not had any changes to the formula. At time the ingredients can change in terms of order depending upon the Chemist recommendation.
    Why was the formula changed? I have been thinking about this since last September that the product seems different. I have extremely sensitive skin and this product used to be amazing. However, now my face is left dry after using and burns when I first put it on. With each new order, the formula seems to be getting worse and I wish brands would let customers know when they change the formula.

    From some websites including amazon. I saw there is Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A) in the ingredient list. Is it true? if that's the case, not good for pregnant women. I did not see it on your website ingredient list. Could you please confirm?

    I am in the same boat as "Lulu" and still need answers because you didn't answer her question. I am desperately trying to find a moisturizing cream that will work and this looks great except for the fact that you add essential oils to it. What essential oils do you add? Transparency is honest and valued, please. I have major allergies to some oils and I NEED to know. Thank you.

    This is a light citrus essential oil which is only used at a very low % for overall fresh scent. The product is highly effective with Vitamin E, Avocado oil & Safflower oil to deeply nourish and moisturize the face and body.
    I had been using this cream for four decades but when I ordered 3 years ago, the formula had changed and the new cucumber/melon scent was way too strong and wouldn't wash off. I wrote a review about it then asking to go back to the original formula and scent. I see now that a reviewer says it smells like almond. Have you changed the formal and scent again or gone back to the original?

    The fragrance which is essential oil based has been lightened up and slightly changed but the overall formula is still the same and helpful for very dry skin.
    Was wondering if this can be used on oily/combo skin. Most of the reviews say that it's good for dry skin and for winter.

    It can be used on oily skin but if you are trying to treat your oily combination face then try the Anti Wrinkle Vitamin A Cream which is great for combination skin and will help with cellular turnover and speeding up the exfoliation process to bring new rejuvenated skin to the surface.
