The Mercia 11’ x 7’ - Corner Summerhouse with Side Shed is not only a lovely place to relax in the garden, it also includes a fantastic storage facility, which makes for the ultimate all-in-one garden building. What’s more, this versatile log cabin is completely constructed from premium materials and comes with an excellent 10-year warranty.

This premium-quality garden room is constructed from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding on a durable 28mm x 28mm frame, so is as tough as summerhouses come and built to last. The floor and pent roof are also made from premium 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding, with the latter boasting a green mineral felt covering to keep out the rain. All these features combined make for an incredibly robust, weathertight, well-insulated structure.

The summerhouse-section is fitted with wide, French-style double-doors. Complemented by 2 further full-length windows, this provides the interior with an abundance of natural light. All of the windows are made from styrene, which is near-unbreakable, whilst the French doors have a key lock, to ensure that the garden room’s contents remain secure.

The shed-part of the building also boasts double doors, which make for an exceptionally user-friendly storage facility. These doors are fitted with a padbolt (padlock not included) to keep stored items completely safe.

Measuring 2013mm x 3218mm x 2070mm, this potential home office comes dip-treated, should be re-treated within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter, in order to maintain its attractive appearance and validate the excellent 10-year anti-rot warranty. All of the wood used is sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests and FSC®-certified.

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 7.5 ton flat-bed (similar size to a council refuse lorry) up to an 18 ton lorry (similar size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The delivery drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an unsafe location. Unfortunately we will not be able to go through your property. Please note that some buildings will not pass through standard doorways in houses. Please call to seek advice if there are any access concerns.

This product is delivered in a flat packed, sectional format direct from the manufacturer to your home with full instructions ready for DIY assembly.
