LikedWe really loved the whole setting, it was very secluded with beautiful views. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, the interior design was beautiful. We loved the monkeys that came onto our balcony almost every day. The resort has a lot to offer - tennis lessons, spa, yoga etc Brekafast was very yummy as well.

LikedThis resort and our room was beautiful, and service was absolutely outstanding! We visited for 3 nights for my husband's 30th birthday. The staff went above and beyond when I requested a few balloons at dinner at the fine dining Chinese restaurant Hai Yan, and gave us a dish on the house. The breakfast every morning at the Langkawi kitchen was fantastic, with a great variety and good vegan options too. We also had great massages at the spa. We loved the adults only infinity pool - spent most of our time there. Would 100% recommend the Ritz-Carlton.

DislikedOne tiny comment: sometimes the bathroom drain had a funny smell after a shower/running tap water, but might be a given since the resort is on the edge of a forest and beach! Nothing that would stop me from booking again!

I could say our trip has been tip top from the start until the end. The hospitality was amazing and I would love to come here again. Fadhilah, one of the staff explained everything in a clear and detailed manner. The breakfast was so good and amazing. All in all it was an amazing experience.

LikedThis was the best hotel out of 10 on my trip. The customer service was exceptional and everyone remembered your name. Breakfasts were outstanding and the rooms luxurious. Pool area was amazing and clean. Great extra touches like a treat left with the turn down service, the welcome on arrival and the ‘surprise’ last evening gifts. Amazing!

Spent two days here for a weekend trip. Really nice staying experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Views are good. Like the room design as well. Spa is ok but you can find much cheaper and good one in cenang. Overall I recommend staying here
