In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started in music with classical violin. I remember sight reading a midterm piece and my teacher, after hearing what must have been a disaster, saying "It wasn't right, but it was creative. In the long run, that'll be more important" What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Low, Double Negative Portishead, Third Non EU Version The Smashing Pumpkins, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness (Deluxe Edition) Smashing Pumpkins were instrumental in my exploration of emotion and my love of dramatic composition. Portishead continue to inspire my with their innovative production and beautiful melodies. Double Negative is a perfectly constructed record. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I met (the producer) Flood while recording violins for The Killers' Sam's Town record. I would love to work with him on my own music one day.
