It has 5 levels of flame height intensity and 5 levels of flame speed. Also has a thermostat to keep it at a certain temperature. Also, had automatic shut off between 30 minutes and 9 hours. Comes assembled very nice woodwork- quality - on wheels for easy moving to other rooms. Only one thing slightly negative I would say is the remote is very wide. I think they couldve made it less wide so its easier to hold.
All and all  I love it! Sets the mood ImSets the mood ambience. Great for the holidays and winter season. Use with or without heat.

Really nice! Quality!

Although the heater is made in China, the operating manual is clear and well written. It also has a listing of replacement parts. 
It has a very nice cabinet, is heavy and very well made. The flame effect is very realistic and has adjustments for brightness and speed. There are no heat setting other than temperature, but the thermostat maintains room temperature within about 1 degree of setting. The heater blower provides a gentle breeze and is quiet.   However, if it were very cold, I doubt that it would be able to maintain room temperature if it was the only heat source. The top and side of the cabinet near the heater and the wall behind get slightly warm during operation but the metal grill in front gets very hot and could cause a burn if touched. 
Protection devices detect overheating, thermostat failure and power cord overheating. It will operate from a standard 15-amp receptacle, but no other loads should be supplied from the circuit.
So far, I am very well pleased with the appearance, construction and operation. A very good price for a well-built product.

Excellent small electric fireplace heater

Its light weight, not too large and the wheels are already put on and it works great! I highly recommend this fireplace! Take it out of the box and just plug it in!

Very pretty wood color and a great price!

This fire place is absolutely perfect! I'm so happy I purchased it. I've wanted a fire place for so long. It makes my apartment so warm and cozy. When I received it the delivery was very quick and the box wasn't too heavy. You literally just have to pull it out and plug it in it's super easy and very well made. I would recommend this to everyone. Love that you can set it on a timer too and adjust the degrees. The fire looks realistic and you can adjust the brightness of it. I love this so much! Don't hesitate just purchase it.

Very nice, durable fire place!

I live in Florida and refuse to have the gas turned on just to run the furnace. We normally only have about a month of cold nights in the 30's and 40's so I have been using radiator heaters. I have wanted an electric fireplace and saw this one that said it heats a thousand square feet. My house is 1'100 sq ft so I use one radiator heater and this together and my house already went up 2 degrees. The only issue I have is it doesn't have a lock setting but that's my own fault for not reading the description better. The fake fire is nice with 5 flame speeds. My son loves watching it. It feels cozy just watching it.

Love it

This little unit works better than my larger one. The timer is convenient and it worked straight from the box. Unboxing/Setup to turn on was less than 10 minutes. It took us a couple hours to assemble my other unit.
This is a great price if you’re needing supplemental heating. 
The only con is the cord colorful and my outlet is out in the open. 
Placed at the end of a long hall, this quickly knocks the chill out of the bedrooms and bath in an older rental.

Just buy it! I bought this heater for some friends of mine who have a broken house heater. They have been using their oven and a couple of old heaters. When I got it I opened it to see how well it worked. Well, first off I love the looks of it. It looks great on my bamboo floors. So, I had to order another one for myself. This heater puts out a lot of heat. I think it will provide my friends with a much warmer and safer house. I love the rolling wheels. It was one of the main options I was looking for in a heater. So, it would be easy to move from room to room. Much better than I was expecting. Also, a lot less (I mean a lot) the other online stores.

Temperature control the ambience of a fireplace the look in the design cost-effective on my electric bill and I feel safe with this product I can leave it on when I'm not at home.

Perfect! Just what I wanted.

This is a nice little heater that is also is nice to look at.  Worth the money. Heats a room well. This is my second one of the same brand and style. And my first one I've had since 2015.

Small Fireplace

This is a very nice fireplace,  but the description is a little misleading.  Not nearly as good of a supplemental heat source as described.  Fan needs to be stronger for it to live up to its 1,000 sqare foot description.  Would be perfect for a smaller single room.

Nice Fireplace

I purchased 2 off these 4 years ago and loved both. 1 of them stopped working last week which I definitely got my money's worth out of it. Ordered another and it was delivered yesterday and came with a corner damaged and had a loud knocking sound. Returned this morning and will try purchasing again. Definitely disappointed that it was damaged during shipment . You can't from the picture but the corner was mashed downwards
