Sandwich maker
Old one handle to lock broke so went online to see what was available with a four slice maker. There are not a lot of choice with the four but plenty of two slice. The one we have purchased is reasonably priced compared to others. When it arrived we found it was not as well made and the segments were not quite as big as our old one but they are deep fill. So far have only cooked one lot of cheese and ham sandwiches which were sealed nicely and cooked well . Hope it lasts as well as our old one but so far we are happy with the toaster.

Broke on second use.
Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. Sadly it broke on the second time of using. I am quite disappointed on several fronts - first that I had always had a good impression of Russell Hobbs appliances, secondly that the promise to collect the item has still not been fulfilled (several weeks afterwards), despite numerous assurances that this will happen. My daughter lives 100 miles from me, so cannot return to the original place it was purchased. That said, the relatively new employee of my local Dyas was delightfully helpful when I bought the item and went 'above and beyond' in helping me to order over the internet. Let down by the after sales service generally.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
