Teeth Warning

Loved the flakes and seeds, liked the fact that the cereal is Organic . I didn't like the small very hard bits I had to spit out. The pieces looked like very hard pieces of fruit. I have sent a e-mail to Alara. Will not be purchasing again.

Perfect in every way!

This is glorious! A perfect balance of crunchy, chewy, creamy, sweet and seedy - the flavours and textures are exceptional. I soak them overnight in Plenish Organic Vegan Milk, as grains and seeds only unlock their nutritional benefits when soaked, sprouted, cracked/ground for optimum absorption. It also makes them easier to digest and adds a gloriously smooth, soft and creamy consistency. Top with fresh berries or organic grapes sprinkled with a little organic cinnamon - divine! I particularly love the ethics and values of this British company in supporting small scale British organic farmers, sustainability and the environment – their eco-credentials are to be applauded. I love Alara Organic Superfoods Muesli, Alara Organic Fruits & Seeds Muesli, Alara Organic Crispy Fruit Muesli and Rude Health Ultimate Organic Muesli for all the same reasons. They are all exquisite, top quality, nutritious, delicious organic mueslis – and British. Perfect in every respect and worth every penny!

Mostly ok

This cereal is pleasant but the fruit is like small hard lumps. It is difficult to determine which fruit it could possibly be as they are like small balls of nothingness. The cereal itself is quite pleasant but is ruined by the fruit. I don't think the manufacturer is listening as I am not the only person to comment on this! With the fruit adjusted, this would be a great cereal!

Watch your teeth

The fruit is often rock hard. Soaking does not seem to soften it. I mentioned it to the customer service email. No response after 1 month,
