Have played a lot of new balls over the last 40+ years, some better than others. Triad is spot on with a very stable ball flight off the driver, great accuracy off long & mid irons, and excellent spin on scoring irons & wedges. Definitely got a winner here.

I wanted to try these out from the second I heard about them, and I was not disappointed at all.  Awesome feel and response, definitely the best three piece ball I have ever played with.

Hole in one

I've been playing Wilson balls since they had rubber band windings and liquid core centers. This is hands down the best amateur ball on the market Wilson has made for performance and price since maybe the TC3? It does everything you want, shape it, bomb it, spin it and sink it. Can't wait for the next gen. ball to release, I'm sure Wilson won't disappoint. You'll love the feel off Wilson's forged clubs.

Best Amateur Ball

I tried the triad because of a recommendation from the ballnomic online ballfitting. I have tested against prov1, bxs, and others on the launch monitor and get as much or more short game spin with the triad. Distance is basically the same for me on irons and driver. I swing around 100mph w driver maybe just under with cruising speed and 16 hcp. I think this ball is a great value. Whenever I retest with more premium balls thinking they will be better with some aspect, they just are not. I wish they were more available at clubs when i need to grab an extra sleeve.

As good as more premium balls

I have used a ton of different golf balls over the years, and at this point know that a mid 80 compression urethane cover ball works best for me. With these, in yellow, just absolutely perfect! As long as anything else I have used, stable in the wind, more than enough stopping power into the green, and doesn't make your wallet hurt. At this point I have like 6 dozen sitting in my closet!!! Replaced my vice pro.

Absolutely love these!!

This ball elevates a lot of the concerns I've had since #FindItCut it with Wilson's efforts to properly balance the ball. The first dozen all check out on my Check Go Pro. The ball flies appreciably straighter for me which I attribute to the high MOI. On odd side benefit that I don't know what to credit for is that my duck hooks seem to fall out the sky harder and hence have a better chance of staying in play. 

My only complaints would be color and cosmetics. I hope Wilson will release this ball in yellow and I really wish they would have made the W/S shield more prominent and with red trim.

Game Changer

With all the advertising from the big companies in golf. I have to admit, Wilson really wasn't at the top of my list when purchasing golf balls, extremely pleased my curiosity had me purchase a box. Do yourself a favor: give them a try. Great distance, straight flight, excellent feel and spin, when it comes to putting this ball is the definition of true roll. Between the Triad and the Duo, I will be buying more!

Played a few rounds with the Triad and the new AVX ball. Triad is an Awesome ball.  Distance Feel Spin.  And cover holds up well.  And for $10 less. 
It's a no brainer.    It's a must try.

Great ball.

Great ball for the "average" golfer.  Every bit as good as any Titelist, Calloway, or other premium ball.

I was a diehard Duo Professional ball golfer for years.  Absolutely loved the softer feel and distance I got out of that ball.  After finding out Wilson was discontinuing that ball, I asked them what it was being replaced with.  Their reply was the Triad.

I bought a dozen and instantly noticed these are a much harder feeling ball than the Duo Professional.  It felt like I was hitting a Pro V1.  That may be great for many people, but if you are the kind of player that like the felt of the Duo Pro, you're going to need to find another manufacturer to find a 3-piece ball that has a similar feel.

Looks like I will begin the search for a new golf ball, and Wilson will no longer be in my bag.  Very disappointing.
