I first started using this in 2016 religiously. I wash my hair 2x a week. When I repurchased months ago, the formulas have changed. It now leaves my hair dry, frizzy, & I have hair loss. It also burns my scalp. Such a disappointment!

I'm really disappointed with Pureology Hydrate Shampoo. Despite the hype, it left my hair frizzy and harder to manage than before. I was expecting smooth, hydrated locks, but instead, my hair was left feeling dry and puffy. On top of that, it's way too expensive for the results it delivers. I honestly don't think it's worth the price. There are plenty of more affordable shampoos that work much better. I won't be repurchasing this product.

I have been struggling to find a shampoo and conditioner for my hair. I struggle with dandruff/dry scalp and tangles. This product actually made my hair really soft, and I could feel that it felt healthier after using. The only downfall is the cost of the shampoo and conditioner as it is very expensive. I wish there was more options for different scents.
