This Children’s Outdoor Climbing Frame Play Set forms part of the Discovery range by the experts at Plum®. Lots of fun and great quality
Superb quality, took a while for one person to build but extremely well labelled and instructions clear. My 2 year old loves it and althogh too small to independently use it all, it will grow with her. (Imaginary play underneath just now but eventually able to go up it herself and use all of the little bits and pieces independently. She LOVES the drawing perspex.) Hours of fun!

Perfect
Perfect for our small garden. Lots to keep the kids entertained and can be added on to ourselves. The bucket is very large and heavy so we will replace that. Delivery was smooth and on time too.

Perfect for an uneven garden
Absolutely incredible, our garden is very uneven and this is absolutely perfect for it! Really, really impressed, the instructions were great as well which I wasn't expecting! Also each piece of wood is stamped with it's part number which meant that it was very easy to avoid using the wrong part by accident.

Lovely product but with some flaws.
While the concept of the product is brilliant, and when built my son has loved it as have his friends, the product is not without flaws.
Firstly you will need a good selection of power tools to assemble this. We had to trim some wood down to fit, use our own screws as there were so many deformed screws. One of the main bolts that hold on the climbing slope is seriously deformed so we have to be vigilant about this. Wood in places severely split, one of the trees of the slope has already started to shred/splinter. Bucket weak and breaks easily so we've had to fix it already. I'm concerned that the longevity of this product won't be long given the already split wood, which given its price, I'd expect better to be honest.
Once built it looks great and has provided hours of fun but fo not feel it's going to be something we have for long.
Robert Dyas were great at dealing with the fact Plum didn't deliver all the parts first time. Only had 5 packages instead of 7. Quickly rectified.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
