We were offered a room which was directly opposite a construction site upon arrival. We called reception and waited 1/2 hour and only to find nothing was done regarding our room change Request. We stayed for dinner at the hotel. The service was so poor and slow. We received our wine bottle at the end of our dinner. We also paid for 3 people to occupy one room & when we arrived in the room we found 2 cups, 2 towels etc despite paying additional $$ for the extra person. This definitely did not put a positive note to our holiday!

Decided to go on a 4d3n trip in Desaru for our anniversary trip. The staff made us felt welcomed with drinks during our check in. Everything was fuss free and we enjoyed ourselves with the facilities such as the private beach. The resort was still undergoing some renovations and it did get a little noisy during noon time but it wasn’t for a prolonged period. Furthermore, we were greeted with cupcakes during Earth day! Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay with the amazing amenities provided.

The Worst thing about it is Bed , too soft . Very difficult to sleep . Facilities are limited . But Breakfast is very good n elaborated . Even Gluten free items were there . Bar is not so good neither happening . Staff is good , caring n courteous .
