LikedAmazing location and the staff were so friendly
DislikedLong distance from the rooms to the pool and restaurants. They should invest in a few golf carts to transport people up and down the hill to the rooms. I also requested a late check out on multiple occasions starting before I arrived and they could not give me a straight answer until I check out on the last day. This really inconvenienced me as I could have made other arrangements for the day.

I traveled with a friend and we both loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights which was the perfect amount of time for us, as it allowed for an ideal combo of doing activities and relaxing by the pool/beach with a book. The hotel has fantastic activities such as snorkeling (we saw turtles!), trekking in the jungle, kayaking in the mangroves, and more. All activities we did were fantastic. The room was really nice. It was very large and spacious and beautiful with canopy views. The cleaning however was not perfect, there were some stains on the bed sheets and towels, which I wouldn't expect from a 5-star resort. The food at the hotel was very good. There are a few options but we mostly ate at the main hotel restaurant which has a buffet for breakfast and dinner with many good options. However I found the food at the resort to be overpriced. Anyway, there are no other options but to eat at the hotel. The price of the rooms is amazing value for money. The activities also come at a price which I thought was fair. Just the F&B was quite overpriced in my opinion. I highly recommend this place, we had a great trip!

DislikedPoor Gym facilities, steep slope to room no electric buggy (tough for older people), paying for transfer to KK from Island, lack of attentive staff around pool, lack of wine and beer selection.

The location is beautiful but the hotel is so expensive for what they offer. Food is decent enough but not as good as the price tag would have you expect. Couldn't relax as everything was so costly.
