The hotel was very nice & lovely to be surrounded by nature. Excellent food offerings & friendly staff. Room was large with a very good bed & the pool was a good size.
The private beach had a lot of litter in the water which could have been better. On three occasions we had issues i.e. our orders were messed up, we were charged for things we hadn't done, however staff rectified these quickly.
It was clean comfortable. Amazing food and service. The Spa was amazing and the yoga was of a high standard. Perfect place to relax.

the staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday. the grounds were beautiful and there was an extensive daily activity schedule.
that i couldn't stay longer. i would also have preferred a child free zone / quieter pool.
Location right on the beach was amazing. Pool was very big and water was cold which was great. Rooms are spacious and lovely. The bath is huge!! Staff are very friendly.
We booked a Kinabalu villa with panoramic views of the ocean and it was completely obstructed by trees whilst other villas had full views. There are so many additional charges/taxes that are not mentioned! The boat transfer was very pricey for a 15 minute shared journey. The “shop” didn’t have much and most disappointing was the fact they didn’t have sunscreen and there’s no where to buy any.
The staff are just incredibly helpful and kind! The chef even came to our table and as he noticed we were a big group (I was travelling with my family total of 9) he proposed to make something special for us!! I also requested to have a room closer to the main building as my mom has difficulty walking, they were very accomodating and changed the room for her.

Beautiful view from our villa overlooking the ocean. The villa was also very nice.
It was overpriced for the amenities and facilities available. You had to pay for 95% of the activities and the meals and drinks were very overpriced as everything was ++ charges on top of the high prices.
Such an incredible location - stunning jungle behind and beautiful clear waters in front. Rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable (minor issue was some power points not working) Main restaurant was excellent - great breakfast and buffet dinner with a huge selection and staff there were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everyone had exactly what they wanted. The snorkeling at the Resort was wonderful given that within 25 metres or so we were amongst coral gardens full of tropical fish. This was the absolute highlight. Very friendly helpful staff who worked at the waterfront area, assisting with identification of fish, where to snorkel and other helpful insights.
