This product is a must-have for cleaning and has multiple uses. I originally bought it to clean my car but found myself using it on the garage floor. It seemed to be the only thing that works to get the extremely stuck latex paint off the garage floor. I used the NEAT Lance with the Stainless Steel

Fantastic Steam Cleaner

My husband absolutely loves this! It sent him down a rabbit hole of hard to reach cleaning. It is easy to use, doesn't leave a film…you can just tell it's clean. Cut down normal cleaning time, it now takes less than 1/2 the time for the same, but usually better results.  Definitely recommend!

Deep dive into a world of clean

I love this steam cleaner so far.  It's versatile so comes with lots of tools for cleaning.   It is easy to use, no complicated steps.   I am extremely pleased with the way it cleans.  I have so far cleaned upholstery and hardwood floors with mine, and I was amazed!!  I was able to take out a glue stain that had been on my couch for months.  Nothing else had worked.  Such a relief to have finally found a cleaning product that works!  I would recommend to anyone needing a steam cleaner!

Steam Cleaner For Superior Cleaning

Steam is steam no matter where it comes from, but if you get steam from the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner you will find that it is easy to direct the steam to where you want it.  The stylish canaster takes up little room and has an electric cord and steam hose that are long enough that you do not have to plug and unplug it while in use.  Find a central plug, place the steamer in the center of your room and get ready to clean.  You will need more cloths than comes with the steamer to wipe down the areas you have cleaned, for steam does make water and it needs to be wiped off to clean the area.  With the attachments, you are able to clean windows, wood-work, cabinets, floors , rugs and so much more.  We have used the steamer in the house, garage, and to clean our car and outdoor furniture.

The only draw back I have experienced with the Neat Steamer is that the electrical cord is hand wound at the bottom of the unit; this makes neat storage, however several times I have forgotten to unwind the cord before filling the steamer with water; this is inconvenient.  If the company is open for suggestions, I would suggest that they make an automatic release and rewind for the cord similar to that on my steam iron.

Easy to use steamer

machine is nice but floor piece broke the first day i used it haven't got around to ordering a new part but sad it didn't last long but otherwise it was good

Not worth the money. Did not clean very well at all. Not any different than any other product on the market. Takes too long to heat up and too long to cool down. Cord is too short. No safety indications for high-pressure. No gauge on how much water is left.

Very disappointed

Pros: Cord and hose are adequately long. Cord wraps under the machine for storage. Steam temperature is good. Pressure is good.  Small brush attachments cleans small areas adequately.  Micro fiber cloths can be used on floor tool.  Micro fiber bonnet for the triangle tool works to steam upholstery and garments. 

Cons: Built in funnel makes filling slow. No water level gauge. Takes 10 mins to heat. Takes 20 minutes to cool to refill.  None of the attachment brushes are adequate to scrub large areas. (Imaging cleaning an entire bathtub with a quarter coin size brush) The triangle brush is useless for scrubbing- the one row of bristles bend and splay causing them not to be viable for scrubbing. The squeegee does not work well at all. It is fixed at an odd angle and doesn't allow proper pressure for cleaning glass. The small cleaning brushes do not work on oven baked on grime unless you use the ONE brass brush included then it still takes a long time to adequately steam and scrub off baked on grime.  It still does not remove all the baked on grime even after repeated attempts. I gave up after an hour on the oven door. The floor tool only moves from side to side and is difficult to use in corners. There is no attachment for the floor tool for steaming carpets. There is no way to drain the tank completely of water due to the "built-in funnel", unless you hold the trigger of the hose and allow all the steam to be used up.  No storage for attachments and no place to coil the hose. The hose is non removable.  

All in all the Dupray Neat is not good for cleaning larger bathrooms or kitchens due to the lengthy time it takes to heat the water and to cool down the tank for refill.  Using the small round brushes for oven, shower or bathtub cleaning is unbelievably time intensive.  You may get at best 40 min of cleaning time before you have to refill. Then that takes an half an hour with cool down time and heat up time. So each time you have to fill the tank you will be down for 30 minutes.  

This item may work well for someone cleaning small areas like cup holders or stove tops, provided there is not too much baked on grime. sinks, or inside refrigerators.  For cleaning larger areas this product is unnecessarily cumbersome and time consuming. 

Honestly, in my opinion, whomever designed this steamer and its attachments had no idea of how to actually clean a real home.  This purchase has turned out to be a huge disappointment. The product simply does not work for my home unless I can find another 6 hours in a day to spend on cleaning with this time-bandit!

Pros and many, many Cons

I've had this for a couple weeks now. I did a lot of research before ordering a steam clean machine. This one was at a decent price point, and the description of it really caught my attention. Seem to be just what I was looking for. Something very versatile. That I could use at home, shower, grout, oven, etc. even some car detailing. I've only used it two or three times. And I am so very disappointed. It really doesn't perform well at all. The pressure seems to be really weak. It's crazy loud! BEWARE if you have dogs! When I turn this on my poor dog cannot even tolerate it. There must be some kind of a pitch that animals can hear they're really pierces through their ears. Even days later, she still keeps shaking her head as if her ears are really bothering her. So I contacted the Dupray customer service, regarding my concerns with the unit and its performance, and that wasn't really really helpful at all. Basically, I was told to use the right attachments and do everything I was already doing. It's almost as if he seemed to know the unit sucked. Just couldn't really do much about it. I know there's tons of hype on TikTok, etc. but in my opinion, overall just not worth it I would go with a different machine and brand entirely. 
Photos below are just before I began, and about five minutes into it. Please note I did have the correct attachments on the entire time, just took it off towards the end to see if that would make any difference…which it did not, clearly.
