Purchased a gas and electric heater hooked up and I have a orange wire left over electric doesnt work can anyone tell me where this wire goes  thanks

Great purchase, exact fit for the old one, easy install. Price was way better than anywhere else.

Be careful.  Pictured item is not the same as the actual item you get.  Now I have no water heater and have to return.

My fourth Suburban and it leaked when I hooked it up. Water seemed to be dripping inside the combustion chamber. After about an hour it quit dripping and so far hasn't !?? Don't want to go through the hassle of returning it so I guess I will see what happens. The tank otherwise works great. This will be my LAST Suburban tank . In the future I will look for a tank with a tank that does not rust out(Dometic tank has aluminum tank, cost more though). A one rating is probably too high but that is the best I can do.

A bad report for Suburban

If I could give this a zero I would. After installation, the water heater would not stop heating up. It melted the styrofoam insulation and could have easily started a fire. There was no customer service phone number at Suburban for us to call. We are returning this unit.

waited for so long just to be cancelled, what a waste of time, untrusting company .
