Really appreciate the outer pocket, cell phone fits perfectly and is so much easier to get to, no more digging through the purse to answer it! Always excellent quality, my favorite place to shop! Did not work out

This was a return of a return. Thank you. It appeared to be previously owned, the leather was marred and there was a receipt for purchase that had been left in the zippered pocket of the De Young Small Leather Crossbody bag, as it may have been previously used. Very disappointed but I was able to return it the day I received it, also the little numerical white sticky tag that Macy's tags on purchases had been removed so it was quite obvious that the bag had been purchased/pre-owned/used - as the sticker residue was visible. I was very disappointed but the return was accepted quite readily. I was happy to get great service. I don't blame Macy's but the culprits that use merchandise and then return it! That is wrong.
