Located right in Chinatown, easy access to various delicious food. Celebrated our anniversary here, hotel was kind to surprise us with a slice of cake. Clean rooms with a perfect view of KLCC, KL tower and Menara 118.

Overall, Four Points Sheraton is a good choice in KL's Chinatown. It is located 5-10 mins walk from metro station. Lots of restaurants and street food close by.
We arrived at 1.50pm and the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early.
Room was spacious for 2 of us. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had powerful shower. Good to have a desk and chair. Bench in the room was long enough for 2 large luggage bags. We were not provided with bathrobes.
25m pool was adequate for a swim. The small gym didn't inspire us to do workouts (excuses, haha)

Nice view from the swimming pool area. Can see KL Tower, Petronas Tower & Merdeka 118 very close by. The accommodation is right in Chinatown & close to many eateries. Famous Petaling St is just 1min walk away. Hainanese Kopitiam is right in front of hotel. Comfortable accommodation with attentive staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The bed was comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The location is good( near train statatio) – it's also in a lively area with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, so you won't have trouble finding food to eat. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the counter were professional and well-trained, which made a good first impression.
However, I did have a frustrating encounter with the hotel lobby staffs. I approach them with a question, where I can throw rubbish. They looking at each other. And said no place to throw. Erhhhh....
It is still a hotel choise that value for money.

I highly recommended this hote clean and spacious. very close for everything you step out from this hotel lots of restaurants around and 2 mins walk to China Town.I would like to say thank you to Mr Faiq who let us check in early and become our secret santa for our daughter.
