Pink from top to bottom
Six lovely long stems chopped & microwaved with honey & a little orange juice, making a delicious jewel coloured compote to top Greek yoghurt with.
pink and perfect
Like others, I have been disappointed in the past with green thick stems but these were excellent.

Wasn’t expecting much given the reviews I’d read but was very pleased with my 6 very pink stalks. Roasted them with blood oranges and some sugar - delicious

Pleased with flavour, texture and colour. It is expensive but lovely for a treat.
M\x26S British Rhubarb
This was just two sticks of very green rhubarb. No sign of any nice pink colour at all. Looked overgrown and tough and after a couple of days the ends were turning brown so I threw away without using it, which is something I rarely do. Would have expected better quality from M&S and will not buy again.
just the greenest rhubarb you've ever seen
Almost thought it was celery. Cooked it anyway, added extra sugar, still was almost like eating lemons. Don't recommend buying it this time of year. If you're going to sell it when it's this green, I think it should be under a different product code so people know what they're getting before ordering.
