LikedLoved the proximity to the beach! Great location. Loved pool and fitness center!

DislikedBreakfast was an ordeal and took at least an hour. Buffet would be much more efficient!

Likedit’s a beautiful property, recently renovated, the lobby is gorgeous. We stayed in a king, suite and it was fantastic.

DislikedI think the service is not great. Before we came, we called and emailed the spa and also tried to message the business a couple times without response. We ordered room service and it never came.

LikedI liked that they brought chocolate covered strawberries to our room for Valentine’s Day

DislikedThe “king suite” was just a regular small room. Was expecting to have a living room with a separate area for bedroom and bathroom. Highly disappointed to pay so much (600$) for such a small room. For 600 at any other hotel at Virginia Beach I could’ve got 2 or 3 actual suites. Also there was no balcony. I understand why but still dissatisfied.
